Our Actual Cleaning Routine, In Writing
The routine we recommend on video is the same one we tell every customer in person: dust or vacuum with a soft-bristle attachment daily in high-traffic areas, and do a proper damp-mop cleaning weekly with a hardwood-safe (or LVP-safe) cleaner — never a soap-based cleaner, wax, or steam cleaner, all of which leave a dulling residue or, on hardwood, can damage the finish outright.
Wipe up spills immediately, keep pet nails trimmed, and use felt pads under furniture legs to prevent scratching. On hardwood specifically, avoid vinegar-and-water mixes and any 2-in-1 cleaner that contains acrylics or polish additives meant to "restore gloss" — they build up over time instead of actually cleaning.
LVP is more forgiving of moisture than solid hardwood but still benefits from the same daily-dust, weekly-damp-mop rhythm. If your floors have lost their shine despite good cleaning habits, that usually means the finish itself has worn down, and a screen-and-recoat (hardwood) or a deep clean and reseal (LVP) is the next step, not a stronger chemical cleaner.

We have also cleaned engineered floors suffering from severe haze and chemical residue buildup using specialized cleaning chemicals and a fresh finish coat, saving homeowners a full replacement.

Yes — the same commercial power-scrubbing equipment we use on hardwood and LVP also restores tile and stone, including showers and baths, if that is part of the same visit.
