Is the estimate really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the on-site visit, the measure, or the written estimate itself, whether the job turns out to be a full refinish, a new installation, a repair, or just cleaning and maintenance.
Do you charge a trip fee just to come look at my floors?
No. We don't charge a service call or trip fee to come measure your floor and put together a written estimate. You only pay for work you actually approve.
How fast can you get someone out to my house?
Most requests are scheduled within a few business days, and we often reach homeowners the same business day they submit the form. If your situation is urgent — active water damage, for example — say so in the notes field or call us directly at 470-826-3581 and we'll do our best to move you up.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Woodstock, Atlanta, Alpharetta, Canton, Roswell, Acworth, Marietta, and Kennesaw, Georgia, plus the surrounding North Metro Atlanta area including Milton. Not sure if you're in range? Call and ask — there's a good chance we already work in your neighborhood.
Do I need to be home for the entire visit?
You need to be there (or have someone there) at the start so we can walk the space together and you can point out anything specific — squeaks, water stains, a room you're not sure about. After that, most of the visit is us measuring and inspecting; some homeowners step out and let us finish up.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing up to $55,000, with interest-free options starting from $30 a month, subject to approval. Ask about it when we're out for your estimate, or mention it on the form and we'll have the details ready.
What if I only need a small repair, not a full refinish?
Same process, same free estimate. Squeaky boards, a water-stained section, a scratch from moving furniture — tell us what's going on in the notes field and we'll come prepared to look at exactly that.
Why don't you just give me a price over the phone?
Because a number pulled out of thin air isn't worth much. Floor condition varies more than almost anything else in a home — two houses with the same square footage can need completely different work once we're standing on the actual floor. An on-site look is what makes the written estimate a number you can actually rely on.
