Every job starts with an on-site measure and a written, itemized estimate.
Cupped, crowned or buckled boards after a leak or flood. We take moisture readings, replace only the damaged boards with matching species and width, and sand and refinish to blend. We meet with you, and with your adjuster on site if needed.
Full sand-to-bare-wood refinishing with a multi-disc planetary sander that sends the dust into a vacuum. We custom-mix stain and test it on your own floor before committing. When the wood is sound and only the finish is worn, a screen and recoat is often enough.
Solid and engineered hardwood, installed room to room and matched to what is already in your home. We check the subfloor for moisture, squeaks and level first, let the wood acclimate, and match stair treads and transitions to the new floor.
Board lacing matched to your species, width and stain, plus subfloor and water fixes, on hardwood, engineered and LVP or laminate floors. We tell you honestly when refinishing or replacing makes more sense than repairing.
Unfinished wide-plank white oak and European French Oak, installed over wood or concrete and finished on site to match your home. We also refinish and repair engineered floors.
Luxury vinyl plank installed after we test moisture, level the subfloor and plan transitions. Brands we install include COREtec, NuCore and NuCore Performance.
Laminate installed with the same subfloor, moisture and transition checks before a single plank goes down. We install AquaGuard laminate from Floor & Decor, and our Woodstock AquaGuard Performance install is on video.
