European French Oak - Cordoba 7 1/2" x 1/2" Prefinished

European French Oak - Cordoba is a 7 1/2" wide x 1/2" thick engineered floor milled from live-sawn white oak in European forests, precision-milled with German technology. It carries a 3mm wear layer and majority 75" long lengths, and comes prefinished with a wirebrushed texture, ready to install.

Dark floors get accused of being one-note, and Cordoba is the answer to that — deep coffee-brown boards sit next to lighter chestnut ones, with grain that swings from tight and straight to wide cathedral arches within the same few feet of flooring. Knots and dark mineral streaking show up often enough to keep your eye moving, never landing on a repeat. It's the richest, moodiest option in the French Oak collection, the kind of floor that makes white trim and brass fixtures pop by contrast instead of blending into them. We tend to install this for clients doing a dining room or study, somewhere they want weight and formality rather than an airy, casual feel. Scuffs and daily traffic marks have somewhere to hide in a floor this dark.
