European French Oak - Riverstone 7 1/2" x 1/2" Prefinished

European French Oak - Riverstone is a 7 1/2" wide x 1/2" thick engineered floor milled from live-sawn white oak in European forests, precision-milled with German technology. It carries a 3mm wear layer and majority 75" long lengths, and comes prefinished with a wirebrushed texture, ready to install.

Riverstone is the coolest, palest floor in the lineup — a driftwood grey that leans more stone than wood at first glance, with only a whisper of warm undertone showing through in the grain. The figuring is calm and mostly straight, occasionally opening into a soft arch, with a couple of small round knots and light mineral flecking scattered across the boards rather than clustered in one spot. It photographs almost silver under overhead light and closer to a soft dove grey in warmer lamp light, which is worth knowing before committing a whole room to it. This is the pick for a coastal, Scandinavian, or otherwise pared-back interior where a honey or amber oak would look out of place. It reads clean and architectural rather than rustic, even with its visible grain and texture.
