The Pyzo Arizona 5MM LVP pairs a lighter brown tone with hints of grey for a modern look. It's built on a 5mm SPC core with a 12-mil wear layer and an attached underlayment pad, milled in 9" x 48" planks, and sold by the box (24.15 sq ft) or pallet (50 boxes).

Arizona reads as a light, warm honey-tan overall, but look closer and there's a cooler, muted grey moving through some boards, which keeps it from tipping into straight yellow-gold. The grain runs in long, fairly quiet horizontal lines with a few small, subtle knots scattered through rather than heavy character — this isn't a busy, rustic-looking floor, it's closer to a clean, contemporary oak look. Because the tone stays light and even plank to plank, it opens up a room visually, which makes it a strong pick for smaller rooms or spaces that don't get much natural light and need help feeling bigger. It sits especially well against white or light grey cabinetry, and against black or dark hardware, since the floor stays quiet enough to let those details stand out.
